Hey Amit,
I was surfing the web for shayari and not quite sure how I ended up on your
site, but I must say its very nice. I am mysself a passionate photographer
and I must say you pics are of an excellent quality. Some of them are truly
inspiring and thought provoking. I always belevie its the person behind the
camera that makes the best pictures however, I am curious to know what
camera and flash types were you using, just out of curosity. You seem to
handle almost any given situation whether it be low lighting or bright
sunny days or even indoors very well. It was nice to see your photographs
and I think Ill definately visit this site again to see some of your future
endevoures with your camera.

Never let the passion die, youve got a natural talent..

Hi Amit,
I am from Pune and happened to see your site while surfing the net. This
websit of your is simply AMAZING!!!!!
You have done such a wonderful of connecting so many indians and given
nostalgia about their hometown. Thanks for so generously sharing these
photos..especially loved the goa, lonavla and all the treks you have taken.
The views you showed of the mumbai-pune expressway are classic! My 4 yr old
son loves to watch this site with me as it gives loads of info about india
and our culture.
Now home is just a click away due to you.
KEEP THIS GOING!!!!

Amit, your pictures are simply fascinating! Reminds me of several treks I
undertook in the mid 1980s, mostly same spots. Have been doing a lot of
similar stuff here in the US--mostly the national parks. But your pictures
remided me that there are equally spectacular places in India and so close
to mumbai!!!
I am planning a trip to India in the spring (march-April) and am planning
to travel to Ladakh. Would you happen to know of any trekking groups or
tour operators who organize such trips? Would much appreciate your advice.
Meanwhile, keep up the good work.
Best,
Rajeev Anantaram
PS: If you could post my request about Ladakh on your web page, I could
get a few more ideas
