Hi Amit,
I am half Marathi, my mom came from the Konkan (Shreya Deosthali from
Ratnagiri),
I visited her home last year in the monsoons, but lost a lot of the
photography when my camera was wrecked in the rains in Mumbai..

This is one of the most wonderful collection of pictures I have seen anyone
post. Actually we were planning for a trek trip to Lohagad. So searching
for pics and info I by chance found your site listed in google. Now seeing
your pics, I am even more eager to visit it  It seems to be a very
exciting and wonderful place.
